GARY HOBSON
Gary Hobson is a former professional footballer with over 30 years of experience in the football industry. A FIFA-Licensed Match Agent, Gary founded HIGH Sport & Travel in 2004 with a clear vision: to deliver elite-level warm weather training camps and tailored sports travel solutions for professional clubs worldwide.

Over the years, Gary has successfully organised and overseen training camps and friendly match logistics for top-tier teams across a wide range of countries, including the UK, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Germany, the UAE, and many more. His deep understanding of the game—on and off the pitch—combined with a vast international network has made HIGH Sport & Travel a trusted partner for clubs at the highest level

GEORGE MARTIN
George is a FIFA Licensed Agent with a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of the football landscape. He plays a key role in guiding careers and building lasting partnerships across all levels of the game.

In addition to representing players and coaches, George deals with the operations of global training camps, ensuring every detail—from logistics and planning to client care—is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Office Manager
NICOLA MARTIN
Nicola brings 30 years of experience in organising the full logistics of warm-weather training camps for professional football teams.
From travel arrangements and accommodation to training schedules and team support, she ensures every detail is handled with precision.
As both an Office Manager and on-site Destination Coordinator, Nicola plays a hands-on role throughout each camp, working closely with teams to deliver a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
